Opening a Stake account takes a few ordered steps: complete the registration, verify the email from inside the account, confirm that you meet the minimum age and keep an accepted identity document ready. This page covers registration only, not game rules.
Start on the registration page and complete the form it shows. The form fields are not listed here, since they can change, so follow what the page asks. Once the account exists, the email check comes next, then any identity checks Stake requests.
