Stake verification for withdrawal, step by step
PAYMENTS AND CHECKS

Stake verification for withdrawal, step by step

A withdrawal can be held by identity or location checks, so the verification steps matter before you ever request one. This page sets out the crypto deposit route, the Level 2 requirement, the documents Stake accepts and the points where a request can stop.

DEPOSITS

Depositing with cryptocurrency

Stake's help centre ties crypto deposits to a verified email and a verified account. The deposit itself starts from the Wallet, and the steps differ by coin, so use the instructions shown for the coin you pick.

  • Verify first

Confirm the email from inside the account and complete any identity checks Stake requests before you deposit.

  • Start from the Wallet

Choose Deposit in the Wallet, then follow the instructions shown for the cryptocurrency you selected.

  • Set a deposit limit

Daily deposit limits can be set before you deposit, so the total you send in a day stays within the budget you planned.

WITHDRAWALS

Withdrawals and Stake level 2 verification

Local-currency withdrawals require Level 2 verification. Cryptocurrency withdrawals can be made without completing Level 2, according to the help centre. The help centre does not confirm which local currencies are offered to players in Pakistan, so check your Wallet before you plan a withdrawal.

  • Crypto withdrawal

Cryptocurrency can be withdrawn without Level 2 according to the help centre. Two-factor authentication protects the outgoing transfer once it is set up.

  • Local-currency withdrawal

Complete Level 2 before you request the withdrawal. Until Level 2 is done, the request can be held.

  • Identity checks can hold payments

Stake's terms let it request KYC documents at any time and restrict payments or withdrawals until identity and location are confirmed.

Stake verification documents and how to upload them
IDENTITY

Stake verification documents and how to upload them

Stake accepts an international passport, a national ID card with both sides shown, or a driving licence with both sides shown as proof of identity. The document must remain valid for at least three more months when you submit it.

  • Accepted documents

An international passport, a national ID card (both sides) or a driving licence (both sides). The document must be valid for at least 3 more months.

  • Photo quality

Upload original, high-resolution colour photos of the physical document. Screenshots and digital copies are rejected.

  • KYC requests

Stake's terms reserve the right to request KYC documents at any time, so keep one accepted document ready before you withdraw.

METHODS

Payment routes to confirm in the Wallet

This guide covers the two routes Stake's help centre describes: cryptocurrency, and local currency that needs Level 2. The help centre does not list local-currency options for Pakistan, so the Wallet in your account is the place to confirm what is shown.

  • Cryptocurrency

Crypto deposits need a verified email and account. Withdrawals can be made without Level 2 according to the help centre.

  • Local currency

Withdrawing local currency needs Level 2 verification. Confirm which local-currency options your account shows before you plan a withdrawal.

RECORDS

Keeping your own transaction record

Keep a simple record of each deposit and withdrawal request, with the date, the coin or currency and the reference shown. It makes a follow-up with support far quicker if a payment is delayed.

  • Save confirmations

Keep screenshots of the Wallet confirmation screens for each deposit and withdrawal attempt.

  • Note the open check

Record which verification step was open when a request was held, so support can see the same picture you saw.

Protect the account before a withdrawal
ACCOUNT SAFETY

Protect the account before a withdrawal

Two-factor authentication covers logins, withdrawals, tips and other outgoing transfers. Set it up under Settings > Security before you need to withdraw, and keep your password reset route in mind.

  • Authenticator app

Set up an authenticator app under Settings > Security, so outgoing transfers are protected by a code from your phone.

  • Password resets

Reset a forgotten password through the Forgot Password form with the verified email. Accounts opened through a social platform reset on that platform.
