Stake

An independent onboarding guide for new Stake users in Pakistan. It explains opening an account, email and identity checks, Level 2 and the beginner rules for each game category. It is not Stake's own website.

FIRST SIGN-IN

Stake login after sign up: your first sign-in

After you register, the email check is the next step inside the account. This page covers where that check sits, how two-factor authentication fits into the first session and what to do if you cannot get back in.

FIRST SESSION

What to do after your first sign-in

After you register, these steps finish the setup in a sensible order. Each one is taken from inside the account.

  • Verify your email inside the account

Select Verify Account, open Confirm Your Email and enter the code sent to your inbox. This happens inside the account you are already signed in to.

  • Finish the email check later if needed

If you leave it, the same step is under Settings > Account > Email. Crypto deposits need a verified email and account, so complete it before you fund the account.

  • Set up two-factor authentication

Open Settings > Security and add an authenticator app. Once it is active, it covers logins, withdrawals, tips and other outgoing transfers.

AFTER SIGN-IN

Funding after the first sign-in

A signed-in account can move on to funding, but the rules depend on the method. Crypto deposits need a verified email and account, and withdrawing local currency needs Level 2 verification.

  • Crypto deposits

Choose Deposit in the Wallet and follow the instructions for the coin you select, once your email and account are verified.

  • Withdrawal checks

Two-factor authentication protects outgoing transfers once it is set up, and Level 2 applies to local-currency withdrawals.

ACCESS CHECK

Checks that can limit access

Stake's terms let it request KYC documents at any time and restrict play, payments or withdrawals until identity and location are confirmed. These checks can apply after sign-in as well as before it.

  • Identity and location

Stake may request identity documents at any time. Until identity and location are confirmed, some actions can be restricted.

  • Location and VPN use

The terms forbid a VPN, proxy or false residence details to get around geo-blocking or jurisdiction limits. Sign in from your real location.

RECOVERY

If you forget your password

A forgotten password can be reset with the Forgot Password form, using the verified email on the account. Accounts opened through a social platform reset the password on that platform instead.

  • Forgot Password form

Use the form with the verified email on the account. Keep access to that inbox, because the reset runs through it.

  • Social platform accounts

Accounts that signed up through Facebook, Google, Line or Twitch must reset the password on those platforms, not on Stake.

CONTACT

Support for sign-in questions

Stake's terms name email support and 24/7 live chat, which is available once you are logged in. For a sign-in you cannot complete, email is the route that does not need an active session.

  • Email support

Write to support@stake.com with a short description of the problem. Do not include your password or a two-factor code in the message.

  • Live chat

Available 24/7 once you are logged in, so use it when you already have an active session.

TRUST

Where these steps come from

The steps follow Stake's terms of service and its help centre articles on email verification, two-factor authentication and password resets. Anything the help centre does not publish is left out.

  • Terms of service

The terms set the one-account rule, the minimum age, the VPN ban and the right to request identity documents.

  • Help centre articles

Articles on email verification, two-factor authentication and password resets provide the steps described on this page.

FAQ

First sign-in questions

Short answers about the email check, two-factor authentication and resetting a password after you register.

Can I sign in before I verify my email?

Yes. Verification is done from inside the account and can be finished later under Settings > Account > Email. Crypto deposits do need a verified email and account, though.

Should I turn on two-factor authentication?

Stake supports it through an authenticator app, set up under Settings > Security. Once it is active, it covers logins, withdrawals, tips and other outgoing transfers.

What if I forgot my password after registering?

Use the Forgot Password form with the verified email on the account. If you signed up through a social platform, reset the password on that platform instead.

Who can I contact about a sign-in problem?

Email support@stake.com, or use live chat once you are logged in. Never share your password or a two-factor code with anyone who asks for it.
